Low-entry city bus SOR BN 12 is two-axle four-door (three-door) bus 11.790 mm long, designed for mass transport of passengers to short distances in urban traffic. This corresponds with the layout of seats, with place for a pram or wheel chair for transport of handicapped people. The bus is equipped with a device for barrierless entry and exit, its total transport capacity is 100 passengers. As standard, it is equipped with automatic gearbox Allison with integrated retarder or six-speed gearbox, fully synchronised mechanical gearbox ZF, as alternative in two-door design as low-entry suburban bus with six-speed, fully synchronised mechanical gearbox ZF. The engine used is of Iveco CURSOR 8 CNG, 213 kW output with emission standard EURO V.
