Autobusy SOR jezd\u00ed na Slovensku, v Polsku, Nizozem\u00ed, Srbsku, Lucembursku, Rusku, D\u00e1nsku, N\u011bmecku, Estonsku, Litv\u011b, Loty\u0161sku, Ukrajin\u011b, Chorvatsku, Belgii, Bulharsku, ale i nap\u0159\u00edklad na Faersk\u00fdch ostrovech. SOR dod\u00e1v\u00e1 \u0161irok\u00fd sortiment r\u016fzn\u00fdch d\u00e9lek vozidel. P\u016fvodn\u00ed sedmi a p\u016fl metrov\u00e9 vozy ji\u017e nejsou v nab\u00eddce, v sou\u010dasnosti jsou nab\u00edzeny standardn\u00ed vozy o d\u00e9lk\u00e1ch 8,5, 9,5, 10,5, 11, 12, 12,5 metr\u016f a \u010dl\u00e1nkov\u00e9 o d\u00e9lce 18,75 metr\u016f. Postupn\u011b za\u010daly b\u00fdt vyr\u00e1b\u011bny i autobusy s pohonem na stla\u010den\u00fd zemn\u00ed plyn (CNG), elektrobusy a trolejbusy. Experiment\u00e1ln\u011b byly postaveny i dva autobusy s hybridn\u00edm pohonem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Veden\u00ed firmy SOR<\/strong> zast\u00e1v\u00e1 dlouhodobou strategii v\u00fdvoje a v\u00fdroby autobus\u016f, kter\u00e9 je orientov\u00e1na na ekonomicky v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky pro u\u017eivatele. Konstruk\u010dn\u011b je toho dosa\u017eeno p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm lehkou stavbou vozidel s maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017enou unifikac\u00ed nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d v\u0161emi modelov\u00fdmi \u0159adami autobus\u016f. Ve\u0161ker\u00fd v\u00fdvoj a \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed konstrukc\u00ed vozidel si SOR prov\u00e1d\u00ed s\u00e1m. Autobusy SOR se vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed v Libchav\u00e1ch za pou\u017eit\u00ed nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch technologi\u00ed. Jde nap\u0159\u00edklad o lepen\u00ed polyuretanov\u00fdmi lepidly, laserov\u00e9 d\u011bl\u00edc\u00ed technologie, robotick\u00e9 sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed. Pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vysok\u00e9 odolnosti a \u017eivotnosti je na vozidlech pou\u017eito velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed plast\u016f, nerezav\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed oceli a hlin\u00edku. Modern\u00ed technologie se pln\u011b uplat\u0148uj\u00ed ji\u017e ve f\u00e1zi n\u00e1vrhu a v\u00fdvoje v\u00fdrobku.<\/p>\n<p>V roce <strong>2009<\/strong> vyhr\u00e1la spole\u010dnost SOR Libchavy prozat\u00edm nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ve\u0159ejnou sout\u011b\u017e na dod\u00e1vku standardn\u00edch a \u010dl\u00e1nkov\u00fdch autobus\u016f pro nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho \u010desk\u00e9ho m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho dopravce. Dopravn\u00ed podnik hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy (DPP) odebral tak\u0159ka 600 vozidel typu SOR NB 12 a NB 18. O rok pozd\u011bji zv\u00edt\u011bzila spole\u010dnost SOR i ve v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9m \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na autobusy pro Dopravn\u00fd podnik Bratislava (DPB). Do slovensk\u00e9ho hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta dodal SOR 100 \u010dl\u00e1nkov\u00fdch autobus\u016f typu SOR NB 18. Do listopadu <strong>2017<\/strong> vyrobila firma SOR Libchavy od sv\u00e9ho vzniku ji\u017e tak\u0159ka 7 700 vozidel, z toho p\u0159es polovinu bylo ur\u010deno pro \u010ceskou republiku.<\/p>\n<p>V roce <strong>2015<\/strong> bylo vyrobeno za jeden rok rekordn\u00edch 757 vozidel. Nejv\u00edce autobus\u016f firma SOR prod\u00e1v\u00e1 v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice a na Slovensku, kde m\u00e1 zhruba 30 % pod\u00edl na prodeji autobus\u016f. Spole\u010dnost m\u00e1 d\u00e1le zastoupen\u00ed v Polsku, N\u011bmecku, \u0160v\u00fdcarsku, Pobalt\u00ed, Rusku a Moldavsku a tak\u00e9 na Balk\u00e1n\u011b. V roce 2017 firma SOR zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00edce ne\u017e 650 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a pat\u0159\u00ed k v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm zam\u011bstnavatel\u016fm v regionu. SOR buses can be found in Slovakia, Poland, the Netherlands, Serbia, Luxembourg, Russia, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, the Ukraine, Croatia, Belgium, Bulgaria, and even in the Faroe Islands. SOR supplies a wide range of different vehicle lengths. The original seven-and-a-half-metre vehicles are no longer offered, but standard buses with lengths of 8.5, 9.5, 10.5, 11, 12, 12.5 metres and 18.75 metre long articulated buses are available. In time, the company began developing buses powered by compressed natural gas (CNG), electric buses and trolleybuses. Two experimental hybrid buses were also created.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SOR company management<\/strong> has a long-term strategy of developing and manufacturing buses aimed at creating cost-effective products for the user. This is achieved primarily by light vehicle construction with maximum unification across all bus models. All vehicle development is carried out by SOR itself. SOR buses are produced in the town of Libchavy using the most up-to-date technology. This includes such technological systems as polyurethane bonding, laser cutting technology and robotic welding. To ensure high durability and a long lifetime, a large number of plastic, stainless steel and aluminium components are used on the vehicles. Modern equipment is fully in place at the design and product development stage.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>2009<\/strong>, SOR Libchavy won the largest public tender for standard and articulated buses for the largest city bus operator in the Czech Republic. The Transit Authority of the City of Prague (DPP) purchased almost 600 vehicles of the NB 12 and NB 18 model ranges. A year later, SOR also won the tender to provide buses for the Bratislava Transit Authority (DPB). SOR has supplied the Slovak capital with 100 NB 18 model buses. By November <strong>2017<\/strong>, SOR Libchavy had produced almost 7,700 vehicles, more than half of which were destined for the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>2015<\/strong>, a record 757 vehicles were produced in one year. Most SOR buses are sold in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, where the company has about a 30% share in the sale of buses. The company also has offices in Poland, Germany, Switzerland, the Baltics, Russia and Moldova, as well as in the Balkans. In 2017, SOR employs more than 650 people and is one of the biggest employers in the region. Die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung beschloss, einen 7,5 Meter langen Bus zu entwickeln, bei dem Karosserie und Fahrgestell aus eigener Produktion, sowie Antriebsaggregate namhafter globaler Hersteller verwenden werden. Die Entwicklungsarbeiten begannen Ende 1992, und bereits Ende 1993 kam der erste Prototyp mit Motor Perkins und Automatikgetriebe Voith auf den Markt. SOR-Busse fahren auf den Stra\u00dfen in der Slowakei, Polen, den Niederlanden, Serbien, Luxemburg, Russland, D\u00e4nemark, Deutschland, Estland, Litauen, Lettland, der Ukraine, Kroatien, Belgien, Bulgarien, aber beispielsweise auch auf den F\u00e4r\u00f6er Inseln. SOR liefert ein breites Spektrum unterschiedlicher Fahrzeugl\u00e4ngen. Die urspr\u00fcnglichen 7,5-Meter-Fahrzeuge werden nicht mehr angeboten, derzeit werden Standardbusse mit den L\u00e4ngen 8.5, 9.5, 10.5, 11, 12, 12.5 Meter und Gelenkbusse mit einer L\u00e4nge von 18,75 Metern angeboten. Nach und nach begann man mit der Produktion von Bussen mit komprimiertem Erdgas (CNG), Elektrobussen und Oberleitungsbussen. Auch zwei Busse mit Hybridantrieb wurden versuchsweise gebaut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung der SOR<\/strong> verfolgt bei der Entwicklung und Produktion von Bussen eine langfristige Strategie, die auf wirtschaftlich vorteilhafte Produkte f\u00fcr die Nutzer ausgerichtet ist. Konstruktionstechnisch wird dies vor allem durch den leichten Fahrzeugbau mit gr\u00f6\u00dftm\u00f6glicher Vereinheitlichung \u00fcber alle Busbaureihen hinweg erreicht. SOR f\u00fchrt s\u00e4mtliche Entwicklungen und L\u00f6sungen von Fahrzeugkonstruktionen selber durch. SOR-Busse werden in Libchavy unter Einsatz modernster Technologien hergestellt. Hierzu z\u00e4hlen beispielsweise das Kleben mit Polyurethan-Klebstoffen, die Laserschneidtechnik und das Roboterschwei\u00dfen. Um eine hohe Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit und Langlebigkeit zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, werden bei den Fahrzeugen viel Kunststoff, Edelstahl und Aluminium verwendet. Moderne Technologien kommen bereits in der Design- und Entwicklungsphase des Produkts vollst\u00e4ndig zum Einsatz.<\/p>\n<p>Im Jahr <strong>2009<\/strong> gewann die Gesellschaft SOR Libchavy die bis jetzt gr\u00f6\u00dfte \u00f6ffentliche Ausschreibung f\u00fcr die Lieferung von Standard- und Gelenkbussen f\u00fcr das gr\u00f6\u00dfte tschechische Stadtverkehrsunternehmen. Die Transportgesellschaft der Hauptstadt Prag (DPP) nahm fast 600 Fahrzeuge vom Typ SOR NB 12 und NB 18 ab.
